Whichever route you took to arrive and since you do have this moment, I urge you to stay awhile. Your mere presence is the only form of energy I need to stay talking. Hopefully you won’t regret it. Since we’re all going nowhere in a hurry, you’ll have the luxury of getting to know what I think, how I think and most importantly, why this matters.While I share my life’s experiences, I’d like to have honest conversations with you in a way that we can design our future together.

About Me

I’m a silent skeptic. When I invented the phrase HEART CAPITAL over a decade ago, little did I realise its significance; that it would come to be a key tenet for globalization in the new millennium. The ‘human’ element in all its glory will define the future evolution of business. Outsourcing is a phenomenon I openly criticise as having been the West’s (greedy) way of looking at people simply as alternatives to machines to derive maximum monetary benefit for themselves by exploiting the industrialising world. India fell prey I guess, and we have ourselves to blame for blindly following.

This is my personal blog where I share some experiences, views and ideologies at the intersection of business and culture. My unabashed and unapologetic posturing on India’s role in defining the future is something you will love to hate.

Having followed James Lovelock’s Gaia theory for a while has made me focus on Climate Change and Environmental issues with a missionary zeal.

I founded Ideafarms, a smartsourcing firm in 2002 with a motley group of passionate people to see if we could provide value through innovation and design thinking.
